Meet Your Friendly Neighborhood Art Monster.
Behind the scenes, there's Ennedi, the mastermind behind the madness. She's a bit of a paint-splattered, coffee-fueled whirlwind who's passionate about all things creative. Ennedi's mission is to make art accessible and fun for everyone, and she's not afraid to get a little messy in the process.
Art saved my life. Adjusting to civilian life after my Navy service was tough and brought on some mental health challenges. But then, an art therapist introduced me to painting in a group session, and it lit a fire in me that still keeps me going. Creating art became my sanctuary, providing peace and helping me manage the symptoms of poor mental health. Painting is essential for my survival, and I want to share that experience with others who might not realize how art can save them too. Everyone is creative in their own way, and I believe that art can be a vital outlet for healing. After over a decade in law offices and social services, I saw the impact of mental health struggles in our community. I left to pursue my passion as a full-time artist, feeling I was meant for more. My hope is to provide others with the freedom to express themselves and find solace through creativity.
